Joe and Ulysses were great to work with during our move. They were efficient, friendly, and made our move day go a lot smoother. I would highly recommend Moving Proz and if we ever move again will definitely be using them again.
I had called many other movers and did not get a reply back, they would even tell me they’ll give me a quote never returned my calls. So I was really pleased when Moving Proz we’re so a 10 of and helpful, they did everything just right! 3 really great guys came and helped me move my father from one senior living facility to another one. They were careful with everything and polite. Good communication with me. So strong. I’m so appreciative I asked for a stack of Business cards to give to both Retirement communities, and others. Very thankful!
All you Denver moving vets know me and know how we all spread our knowledge of what moving companies we should and shouldn't work for, so this is to all my moving veterans out there, stay away from this company as they only care about themselves as far as the ownership goes. I started working with this company when they first opened up in Denver, so I was apart of them getting themselves up off the ground, and once they got everything running smoothly, they immediately changed up on me and treated me horribly thereafter, as the owners are from "Kansas", and I believe their Kansas ways started showing after they didn't need me anymore, and to all my dark skinned individuals, I think we all know what that means coming from Kansas...so these owners only care about you supporting them to continue living in their big houses and driving their Range Rovers and nothing about you as the link that's keeping their company running, so to all my Denver moving veterans, find another company to go to. And for future potential customers, just know that most of their reviews are not actual reviews from their customers at their Denver branch, but rather they're taking the reviews from their Moving Proz branch in Kansas and applying them to their Denver branch just to make them seem more viable...just so you know.
We have made 14 moves in our life time. Moving Proz is one of the very best moving companies who has moved us! I highly recommend them. Companies have to work hard to earn my praise; Moving Proz is great!
I could not have imagined a better group to move with. Terry, Jared and KB were quick, completely careful and respectful of all of our furniture and, believe it or not, actually made moving a very positive a fun experience! Not sure how many people I could say that about! I loved working with them and am so grateful they helped us move into our new home.
I had a team of 3. Cannot give more of a perfect review. They were wonderful, professional, timely, mindful. This is my second time using this company and It is never than better.. My guest bed is collapsible and they set everything up and are so polite, always. They are mindful, and safe my items. I recommend them to anyone. They’re great and make the stressful move, less stressful with a kind attitude.

Today, TC, Chris, and Isaiah moved me from one apartment to another. I hadn't used this company before but, I will never use another!!Not only were they on time, efficient, professional, and so very polite with, "yes ma'am", but also extremely careful with everything they moved. They wrapped everything for protection, supplied wardrobe boxes and hung my clothes in them for me. I've simply never been so impressed with three gentlemen as these!!The price I paid for the work they did??!? Crazily reasonable!!I just need to add that I've never enjoyed the company of three complete strangers that I now feel like are friends! We were laughing and having so much fun, but they never stopped their quick pace!! 😊Thanks again, guys!! You're the best!!💯👌🎯
This is the first time I've used a moving company so I have nothing to compare it to. But, the price was less than I expected considering the work they put in. They showed up in the scheduled window of time. They called me about 15 minutes before ETA. They were very professional and very efficient. They were even quite friendly which I value very much. The only thing I would change is that maybe the higher ups change their work shirt color?. A solid black branded shirt is not the best color for folks working hard considering they're in the sun 50% of the time if not more. Pick a cooler color for them under the sun!Great company! I highly recommend.
My boyfriend and I had hired movers on Friday however, they no called no showed. God bless for Moving Proz! They came ready to work Sunday morning - handled all items with care and were not there to waste any time. Thank you for a fabulous job done. All members of the crew were respectful and were diligent about getting the job done. Would recommend this moving company to anyone!
Working with them was easy and quick, the guys who did the actual move were awesome, they were quick, thorough and efficient and let me just tell you, it was HOT that day. Very nice guys and extremely helpful. They wrapped every piece of furniture to make sure nothing was damaged. This is my second time using Moving Proz and I will definitely use only them from now on. Thanks again guys! I appreciated all your hard work.
The process was very easy and went smoothly. Their services are great if you need the full service. When the movers arrived they were very professional and very caring and attentive with all of my belongings. They were very communicative with the process and made sure I was always informed of how close we were getting to the timeline and if there were additional costs for extra things I wanted. There were no surprises and it was a very pleasant experience I would definitely use them again.
They were all 3 friendly, professional, affordable, and did a great job. Nothing was damaged, and they were efficient and very hardworking. They also had a good attitude with my 2 flights of stairs to deal with. So much better than my previous terrible experience with movers. I would use them again!
They were all extremely polite. They went right to work as soon as I arrived. If I wasn't having strange problems with my credit cards. I would love to have given them each a larger tip! I just gave them what I had. I will definitely call again when I find a forever home to live in. Thank you all so very much! Also being able to arrange the trip on such short notice was very much appreciated. If I could give you a rating it would be 5 🌟 ++!

3. How much do you tip a helicopter pilot?
Ans: By all means, if your pilot gives you a great tour you should tip at the very least $10.00 per person. over a year ago. Sadly, Helicopter Tour Pilots are not “highly paid” professionals.

It’s our first time and I and my daughter had so much fun. Staff are helpful. We got a flying certificate! We will visit again with the discount package. Thanks to our instructor Daniel for the amazing experience! He is patient and friendly!
This place was amazing. I was nervous because my son is 5 years old but he been asking to go. The staff was amazing. His instructor was amazing. She kept a good eye on him and when she high flew him she gave me a thumbs up that he was good. He ended up flying 3 times. The place was clean and the bathroom was clean.I have nothing but good things to say and will be back. Thank you IFLY Westchester.
It was a great time, although you'll be aware of the high price and significant wait for a short experience. The different coaches have slightly different coaching styles, we had Rob and we liked him. They'll offer you a heavily discounted return package after your experience is over, which while a good deal, is slightly predatory - so just be ready for the offer. The experience is overall worth it.
This was totally worth whatever anxiety you're going through thinking about if you should just go do it or not! Super respectful, informative AND interactive instructors here. You WILL feel comfortable and safe. I was 10/10 nervous about this and the second I entered the chamber I was (literally) lifted to a new level of excitement and in a weird way, relief! Can't wait to come back! My family loved this experience. Barring infants, any age should have a fun time here! Even just watching the flights go on was an enticing experience. 10's 10's 10's across the board!!!!
It was very exciting. Jerome was great and funny. He made sure we all felt comfortable and taught us how to gain control of our movement inside the tube. I will definitely come again and request Jerome. If you come, I suggest you do the same. Thank you for a great time Jerome!
Incredible experience !!! If there are 10 things in your life that should be labeled as a "once in a lifetime experience" then indoor skydiving should definitely be one of them.I-fly will give you a safe environment to accomplish that. The experience of weightlessness or zero gravity is slowly becoming a typical adventure but at the present time has an astronomical price tag. In time, this cost will gravitate to a more reachable amount. I-fly can currently give you that experience without breaking the bank. Don't delay! Jump on board this increasingly popular adventure !!!
We went there for a birthday surprise with different last names. Pretty soon we started sharing one last name and an amazing experience. iFLY is a special place for people to experience the world of birds in a safe way and maybe to make a next step and join them in the sky.
Had a great time at iFly in Westchester! Gabriella was extremely friendly and kind at the front desk. Nick was a great instructor as well! Would definitely come back!
Over 10 million individuals have had the opportunity to fly thanks to iFly since it initially opened its doors in 1998. The final reservation period for iFLY is 30 minutes before closing. Reservations are strongly advised. Visit and reserve your flight right away.

Ans: As the preeminent institution devoted to the art of the United States, the Whitney Museum of American Art presents the full range of twentieth-century and contemporary American art, with a special focus on works by living artists.
2. Is the Whitney Museum prestigious?
Ans: The Whitney museum also hosts the Whitney Biennial in even-numbered years and is the most prestigious assessment of contemporary art in America. At the Whitney Museum, you will dive into an artistic world that defines what is innovative and influential in American art since the twentieth century.
3. Is the Whitney Museum good?
Ans: The Whitney shows American art, it is one of the best galleries in New York, The collection includes Andy Warhol’s pop art and the defining works of the Abstract Expressionism movement, which began in New York. The Whitney did much to establish New York as the artistic capital of the world.
My friends and I had such a wonderful experience at the NY Botanical Gardens! We got a little bit turned around before we bumped into Mike, who was so helpful in showing us around. He introduced us to Toby, who runs the Edible Academy. His team works to donate food to a local kitchen, hosts programs for kids, plans culinary demonstrations, and SO much more. The grounds are beautifully kept, which makes this pace the perfect getaway from the city. Can’t wait to come back!
There are several botanical gardens in New York City, but none with grounds as extensive as the NYBG in the Bronx. 250 acres of well tended gardens await you. You obviously will not visit all, but wear comfortable shoes and choose a clement day because the largest part of your visit will be outdoors. The garden never feels crowded because of its size, but also because entrance fees are outrageously priced at 30 dollars per adult. And that is the main downfall of this beautiful place. It prices itself above market and falls into the trap that many other New York public spaces fall into. Somehow, they all expect to be paid between 25 and 30 dollars for access to their grounds. Many New Yorkers simply don't visit the garden because it's already far to get too. Add the cost. And they get discouraged. Regardless, come prepared. There are ways to counter the cost, especially if several people are visiting. You can also pack a picnic and eat in many areas of the park, which is definitely an option to consider for a family.
It is better to visit this botanical garden and stay there for the whole day. There is so much to see. The garden covers a huge area. It can be reached by train from Grand Central Station, or by car. In addition to the walking area there is a lovely greenhouse where at the time of my visit there was an orchid festival - very beautiful. Beautiful library building. MUST VISIT!
It was my first time here and it did not disappoint! Parking on site is $20 per car for the full day, easy to enter and walked around the conservatory since it was a rainy day. I bought tickets online, making the total be $60 ($30/person). Highly recommend coming to see the beautiful diverse flora from around the world, here in the Bronx. Bring your phone or camera (masks are optional currently). There are bathrooms throughout and plenty of photo op spots!
A LITTLE HIDDEN GEM IN THE BRONX! I love coming here. When I come here I get to enjoy all that beauty has to offer. Even throughout the pandemic, it was open for our enjoyment. All of the staff at NYBG are so kind and caring. It is a great place to visit to watch birds, butterflies and take pictures to enjoy for years to come. Highly recommend visiting at least 4 times a year; once for each season - in order for you to see the vast changes in the environment and to marvel at the beautiful display of natures art! This spot is more than just a garden, it is an outdoor classroom.Parents, take your kids here, teach them about nature, and teach them to respect our beautiful planet.
One of the best places to escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. Even when it gets crowded, there is always a place where you can find serenity among nature. There's always something interesting to see even in the winter. The rock garden is probably something that is overlooked by many but is a lovely and serene nook. The food is incredibly overpriced, so feel free to bring your own snacks and eat at one of the several picnic tables that they have available.
Ans: Founded in 1891, the New York Botanical Garden is a 250-acre oasis in the middle of Bronx Park, housing 50 specialty gardens, and more than one million plants. The largest botanic garden in the United States, it’s also a National Historic Landmark and well worth a visit in any season.
2. How long should you spend at the New York Botanical Garden?
Ans: All-Garden Pass tickets are always free for active Garden Members. We recommend setting aside two hours to view CHIHULY. Plan for additional time to explore all of the Garden’s permanent collections. Access to the Conservatory and Library Building is granted on a space-available basis and there may be a wait on peak days.
3. How long does it take to walk through New York Botanical Garden?
Ans: Check out this 1.8-mile loop trail near New York City, New York. Generally considered an easy route, it takes an average of 37 min to complete. This is a popular trail for birding, trail running, and walking, but you can still enjoy some solitude during quieter times of the day.
4. Does NY botanical garden have a free day?
Ans: Grounds Admission includes access to outdoor gardens and collections, including the Everett Children’s Adventure Garden. Grounds Admission is free to everyone regardless of residency on Wednesdays from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. and to NYC residents all day on Wednesdays.
The best view of the city in my opinion, to say it is breathtaking is an understatement. The staff was also incredibly helpful, and it wasn't super busy which helped given I'm not too keen on open observatories. One of the best experiences in the city, period. The price is affordable too, and far worth it. I will be back the next time I return to the city. 10/10, I would even go as far to say it is the best observatory in the city, and at the best location.
Top of the rock was a great experience!!!It was really easy to book online and there are signs in the area that lead you to the experience. Getting tickets scanned and bag check was quick and efficient and the staff were lovely. There is a short wait to the lifts that take you up to the observation deck. The observation deck offers 360 degree views of the city and is great for seeing the iconic NYC skyline including the Empire State Building. Great experience!
Just WOW. Having been to all five observation decks in NYC, this one is the best. The views of the empire state building and central park are incredible. Normally you have to pay extra for going during sunset, but since I had the New York Pass I just scanned my pass and got entry right away. Going during sunset is so worth it since you can stay as long as you want once up there and get a day view, sunset view, and night view, depending on how long you want to stay. Make sure you go up the stairs once arriving off the elevator since there are two smaller floors which are much less crowded and have better views with no glass obstructing the view. I think each observation deck offers its own unique experience, but if I had to pick just one, this is the best in all of NYC.
Our "Better Recommendation": Top of The Rock is worth the price of admission for the views. With its 360-degree, multi-terraced levels, it offers the best views of the city that never sleeps. Some may say others offer better views, but only this view centers the world famous Empire State Building against the ever-growing and impressive backdrop of Manhattan. From 850 feet, the brilliant chaos of New York City melts into a tranquil and delightful dance of people, lights, and cars. I think The Drifters were singing about this magical spot with "Up on the Roof". -Tony
We took the private tour, and it turned out to just be the two of us and Brian (Bryan?) who was PHENOMENAL on this tour.He was a great guide, super knowledgeable and personable. It was like we were walking with friends. He gave his perspective on so many things that I really enjoyed. Seeing the Rainbow room was amazing and he showed us historic buildings out several of the windows. Not only was I impressed with the building and it’s beauty but our guide was awesome! Would definitely recommend this tour. The rooftop views are beautiful!!
Ans: Travelers say the Top of the Rock offers some of the best views of Manhattan and say the experience is worth every penny. Visitors recommend booking the combo ticket that includes a tour of the building and the observation deck access. Rockefeller Center is located in midtown Manhattan between Fifth and Sixth avenues.
2. How long do you spend at Top of the Rock?
Ans: Guests can stay on the observation decks as long as they like during operating hours. On average, people spend about 45 minutes to an hour at Top of the Rock.
3. Which is better the edge or Top of the Rock?
Ans: The observatory closest to street level is the Top of the Rock at 30 Rockefeller Plaza at 800 feet, while the highest is 1,268 feet at One World Trade Center in Lower Manhattan. But the highest open-air observatory is Edge, the 100th-floor deck that opened at Hudson Yards in March.
4. What is the best time to visit Top of the Rock?
Ans: The best time of day to visit Top of the Rock is in the morning between 8 am and 11 am to avoid the crowds. The next best choice for low crowd levels is from 8 pm to closing time.
We visited NYC with our 16 year old daughter who has never been before. We knew we wanted to go to one of the observatories so she could see a view of the city. We'd done the Empire State Building years ago. Reviews of One World were great, and when asking people in NY, they highly recommended it. Our visit was amazing and did not disappoint. Being able to say you've been in the highest building in the Western Hemisphere is pretty cool. Every last detail about how it was built, the heights of the various floors and rooftop, as well as being able to look down at the World Trade Centre memorial pools was amazing. There is one point during a presentation that literally took our breath away. Don't want to spoil it! We were there in NY months after 9/11 and of course it was a very sad and emotional time. I am happy to say that our visit to the observatory gave us a sense of peace after all these years. Our daughter wasn't alive when it happened, but since our visit, she has said she has a whole new understanding and empathy for all of the people affected. Our visit provoked questions and feelings. Educating the younger generations....a wonderful way to continue honouring lives lost. This observatory isn't simply a viewpoint. It's an entire experience that educates. Wonderful!
Came for a Sunday afternoon tour, luckily it was a pretty clear day, so was able to see miles away. Upon arriving, you can't see any of the lines since they're downstairs and past security checkpoints, but they do list the approximate wait times for each of the ticket types. There's a standard, combination, and all-inclusive ticket to purchase. I was short on time, so purchased the all-inclusive for $63, but it did include a $15 food or merchandise credit. As part of the all-inclusive ticket, it included priority lanes at the security checkpoint and the elevator, $15 credit, and an audio guide. There wasn't any lines at security or the elevator, even though the sign quoted a 45 minute wait. However, I didn't mind as was short on time and it included $15 store credit. The views were amazing and gives you 360 view of New York and as far as your eyes can see. Being that there were 360 views from floor to ceiling, it was easy to walk around and take pictures without any obstructions. People were pretty respectful by taking pictures and moving on. Great place to enjoy the views, just be sure to check the weather and consider the different ticket options.
Amazing views of South NYC! I purchased the all inclusive ticket which came with the tablet to use while exploring. The tablet was somewhat useful, but did not exactly sync with what I was seeing so it was a little confusing. I’m already very familiar with NYC, so I didn’t use it much. Dinner and drinks were priced as expected. Timed tickets, so the crowd wasn’t bad. I purchased the tickets with a 3 hour block which was nice. I stayed for 2.5 hours to view, eat dinner and dessert, then watch the rain roll in during sunset.Really cool videos along the way up, when you first arrive to the observation deck, and on the way down. Well set up! Enjoyable. Will return with family!Active duty military- call ahead and you will receive a discount.
This place is great for tourists that are visiting NYC. However, as a native New Yorker I found the one world observatory to be simple and a tad bit boring. They didn't have a location where you can go outside similar to the edge or Rockefeller center. It is still a beautiful view and would recommend this for someone that is looking something simple. I did like the tablets that you provide when walking around the Observatory because they provide information about the NYC skyline. Is it a decent interactive experience. The highlight of this place will have to be the restaurant. It is a pricey place however the food was on point and the cocktail drinks were wonderful. Overall, I did like it however, I still think Rockefeller center open air roof is still better. I would have given it 3 stars but that restaurant pushed it to 4.
I had an amazing and once in a life-time experience having my engagement at the World Trade Center Observatory. The planning was seamless and easy. I had several requests for the proposal, and all of them were fulfilled. The planners/organizers were super friendly and accommodating. They provided a world class experience and gave me and my finance a memorable evening, that we will cherish for many years to come. Thank you!
It was a wonderful experience to see NYC from One World Observatory. Everything is crisp and new. The guides were helpful and efficient. The virtual reality aspect made it super fun! This is a quick and easy trip with spectacular views. High recommend.
Great Views. After taking all the pictures and going to the gift shop, my wife and I got a couple martinis at their bar and enjoyed the place and views a little bit longer. Mason, our bartender made us great drinks. Some people make reservations for tables with better views. Fully recommend.

1. What is the purpose of the One World Trade Center?
Ans: One World Trade Center was built in remembrance of the victims of the terrorist attack that happened on September 11, 2001. It is a constant reminder of the lives that were lost and hope for the future.
2. How much does it cost to visit One World Trade Center?
Ans: For $43 you get access to the One World Observatory with a fixed time window. If you want to enjoy the view alone and can plan a visit to the One World Trade Center into your daily schedule, this is not a bad idea.
3. How long is the one world tour?
Ans: 2 hours (approx.)
4. What can you see from One World Observatory?
Ans: Every year, hundreds of thousands of people visit the One World Observatory for that once-in-a-lifetime view of New York City. From the top of the One World Trade Center, guests can marvel at 360-degree views of Manhattan, the East River, the Brooklyn Bridge, and New York Harbor, all while staying indoors.
5. Which is better One World Observatory or Empire State Building?
Ans: One World Observatory is much newer but has a history of its own because of its ties to the terror attacks of 9/11. The Empire State Building offers views from further up in Manhattan, so you’ll see more things like Central Park and the famous museums than you could from the One World Observatory.
I have been having back pain for years and finally reached out for assistance. I was immediately helped and seen the next day (today). Everything about my experience today was top notch. I rarely write reviews- the service needs to either be extremely good or extremely bad. I’d be willing to lobby for google to add a sixth star for this business specifically.
Something was out of whack in my back & my friend suggested going to the chiropractor. Thankfully, I knew where to go as I was a regular patient of Queen Anne Chiropractic but hadn't had an adjustment for a couple of years. I have consistently received excellent care from Dr. Sarah, Dr. Darrell and Dr. Graeme and I especially appreciate the time Dr. Graeme takes to connect before the adjustment. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and professional. I highly recommend Queen Anne Chiropractic.
I've been seeing Dr. Graeme since I moved to Seattle 3 years ago. As the child of a chiropractor, I can confidently say that the bar for seeing someone else is pretty high... I've been so grateful to have Queen Anne Chiro in my life, and for the care Dr. Graeme provides. Even when I only see him from time to time, he remembers me as both a patient and a person. I enjoy my interactions with everyone at the clinic, and I always feel better when I leave. It's a huge plus that they make scheduling such a breeze, and I never have to wait long to be seen. Highly recommended!
Great experience overall. David’s massage was very relaxing and he was very nice and had a lot of great tips which I found very helpful. I also saw a chiropractor which was very helpful for me. Had no idea I needed one till I saw them and they were very informative. Definitely recommend.
I’ve been visiting Health First since February after experiencing neck, shoulder, and back problems resulting from a car crash. Dr. Santos conducted a thorough evaluation and convincingly explained her results and conclusions in uncomplicated terms. She designed a plan to address my issues which consisted primarily of chiropractic sessions with her and ligament therapy with Stephen Wadsworth. All of the staff at Health First are knowledgeable, skilled, and friendly. As a consequence of my treatment, I'm hopeful for a full recovery and I'm armed with tools to proactively address potential issues going forward. I highly recommend Health First Chiropractic.
I've been seeing Dr. Santos now for a little over a month and I could not be happier! I'm impressed with how much she really cares about her patients. My health and wellbeing are clearly very important to her. She always takes the time to explain everything very carefully and then asks you if you understand. If you don't (which at one point I didn't) she then explains it a different way until you understand exactly what she is doing, how it works, and how it will help. On the day of my first adjustment, there was something terribly wrong with my neck and I couldn't turn my head without severe pain. After it was done and I idly turned my head to the left and NO PAIN! I've also been suffering from low back pain for over 15 years. After we didn't see improvement from working on just my neck, she did an adjustment on my back. AMAZING! It's made a huge difference and I am now able to stand and walk for much longer periods of time without pain. I know that in continuing to see her my health is only going to get better and better. I'm so excited!
A huge kudo for Dr. Santos! She has done wonders for my neck and shoulder pain by using a technique that focuses on very specific and minimally invasive adjustments. I particularly appreciate her very thoughtful approach and all the information she provides along the way. I feel like I have a partner focused on helping me optimize my overall well-being. Recommend to anyone looking for a truly customer-centric chiropractor.
I really liked that before starting any treatment Dr. Santos does an x-ray, and a lot of different tests , then the doctor analyzes the situation , explained me precisely what’s going on with my body and only after that sets the vertebrae. Everyone in this clinic is very attentive, kind, caring and good professional. The clinic is very cozy, the atmosphere is relaxed with great music. If you have pain in your body, I recommend you First Health Chiropractic
Dr. Santos and her team are simply awesome. Her style of chiropractic medicine has transformed me. I’m fitter, healthier, more aligned, and more pain-free than since I was a child. On top of the excellent care, the office itself is very nice and comfortable. I could sip a coffee and read books there for hours if they’d let me. All in all, highly recommend.

Elevate is a great place to get care! It has a great rehab environment. Adam and Clint (two members of the team) are both compassionate as well as knowledgeable. They take time to answer any questions and make you feel you have their complete attention. Would recommend in a heart beat!
I’ve had an incredible experience at Elevate. Within my first few visits I was already feeling relief. The team listened to me and my concerns. The marrying of massage, chiropractic adjustments, and physical therapy produces incredible results. Not only was I feeling better when I left, but I was able to maintain my progress with exercises to do at home. The team helped me learn the exercises and helped me correct them in following sessions.I cannot recommend this clinic enough. If you find yourself in pain, definitely get on their calendar and experience relief quickly.
I came to Elevate to find relief from pain I've been experiencing on and off for many years. Dr. Ryan took the time to listen, ask questions, and get to the bottom of the issue. He's friendly, gentle, and seems to genuinely care about finding an effective (and long term) solution to the pain. Clint is friendly and great to work with for the exercises, is really thorough, and skilled at tailoring exercises to my specific needs. In about a month I was completely pain free. Definitely recommend!
Elevate Chiropractic and Rehab has been great for me! I have had chronic back pain for the last four years and within a month they had me back in the weight room doing lifts I wasn't sure I would ever be able to do again. If you are dealing with an injury I highly recommend visiting them! They have a great team and will work with you to get you where you want to be!
I cannot recommend Elevate enough. When I first started coming to Elevate, I hadn't run in months because of some pretty bad hip pain. I had tried other chiropractors who all told me I probably needed surgery. I was relieved to hear the contrary from Jason. After chiropractic adjustments, you get to do physical therapy with Clint. As my exercises piled up, Clint wrote up a schedule for me to follow, which was super helpful! I felt understood and well taken care of here. I'm able to run with zero pain now! I will definitely recommend Elevate to friends and family in the future.
I came to Elevate with lower back pain that prevented me from enjoying everything from easy walks to lifting weights. My time here has been such a positive experience; Jason and Clint are both very informative, patient, and thorough. I’m feeling the best I have in over a year and couldn’t be more grateful that I can get back into the activities I enjoy.
The folks here really know their stuff! Not only do you leave feeling a million times better but they also come up with a game plan (and will email ya with videos!) on what you can do at home to continue to feel great.
This place is great! Everyone there is so friendly and kind! The place is very organized and sanitary. They explained everything to me, and made sure I understood what I was doing, and why. Would recommend!

So thrilled to have found this spot; was in for a few adjustments with Dr. Calvin for a neck issue. In addition to helping with the acute issue, gave me some great instructions for ongoing care (exercises, sleeping positions, things to try to maintain/improve on the progress we made in just a few visits). Feeling good, happy to have found a welcoming, friendly (local) spot to care for my spine...!
Dr Calvin is the best! Always able to address issue and give ideas for on going wellness. He also has a great sense of humor.Check in and check out is fast and easy.

Update: things have improved! I was able to meet Dr. Van and she’s pretty great! My initial evaluation was thorough.Update 5⭐️! Everything is fabulous and I love Dr. Van’s care
I'm a few weeks into my treatment plan and couldn't be more pleased with the care from Dr. Van and the team here. She navigates each appointment with great care and expertise and always makes me feel welcome. I already feel markedly better, and they always seem to reach out at just the right time with communication and resources. Highly recommend if you need a chiro in Seattle.
The staff at Emerald City Spinal Care are so kind and will take great care of you! I came to them through a referral from a friend, and I had never received chiropractic care before so I didn't know what to expect. Dr. Van walked me through the process, and provided me tips on how to take better care of myself. At Emerald City Spinal Care, I feel like you not only receive care, but you also build relationships with the staff - they know me by name, and always check in to see how my day is or how I'm doing.
I recommend Emerald City Spinal Care for anyone looking to improve their health! I recently started my care plan with Dr. Van and have truly appreciated their commitment to my overall wellbeing. I was also able to book a 1 hour massage with Tara during one of my sessions and it was a great pairing with the relief from my spinal adjustments. From the water fountain at the entryway, to Mary's warm welcome, I love the whole team and the calming environment they create. I don't really post many reviews but when I do, it's because I want to share my experience with anyone who is searching for the type of compassionate care that I was looking for. I'm so very grateful for Emerald City Spinal Care and everything they've done to support my wellness!
I am forever grateful for Emerald City Spinal Care. I highly recommend anyone with curiosity about seeing a chiropractor or improving their neck/spine to make that call and schedule a consultation.I am going on my 5th month being a patient and I can honestly say this is one of the best investments I’ve made this year!My quality of life has greatly improved since I’ve become a patient. Slowly but surely I have noticed increased strength, mobility and most importantly energy and quality of sleep/rest. All of which I had noticed were drastically declining prior to becoming a patient.I absolutely love sleep, once my sleep became seriously affected by my neck and back pain I knew it was time to do something about it. I am so glad I did!Cheers to wellness!Thank you Emerald City Spinal Care 💛
Seriously amazing place. Welcoming and informative. I've been going now for a little over a month and my back is doing so much better. Love these guys.
I hate doctors, but Dr. Zapata took the time to really actually listen to me. I'm pretty sensitive to my unique situation with scoliosis & a rod fused to my spine. I don't trust many people touching me. She answered my questions and had very clear explanations using models to show me. It all made a lot of sense. She feels real, fun & easy to talk to. I wish she was a doctor for all my needs. I never realized how many nerves go through the spine & all the details till now.

2. CHIROPRACTOR VAN PHAM, D.C.
Dr. Van was born and raised in San Diego, California. Having always been very interested in the human body and helping others, she knew from a young age that she wanted to pursue a career where she could put those two passions into practice.
As a child, Dr. Van suffered several head injuries from playground and car accidents, which left her with chronic pain, anxiety, and the inability to concentrate. After receiving specific upper cervical care, she felt the life-changing impact it had on her health and realized it was her calling to be a chiropractor.
They are the best. They listen to your needs and issues, they come up with a great plan suited for you and designed for you as an individual. Great team working across different departments, from chiropractic to acupuncture.
Everyone here is focused on how to help you be well again. Dr. Robin, Dr. Bajwa and Dylan (acupuncture and Chinese Medicine) are some of the best medical professionals I have ever encountered. They genuinely care about you, the individual, with your unique history and symptoms. In just over a month, I feel like I have made tremendous progress with issues that have been bringing me down for the last two years. I have myself back again. Dylan with his acupuncture and herbs has resolved an issue I have had for the better part of a decade. Dr. Robin, in addition to being an excellent chiropractor, is also highly intuitive. She listens and adjusts her treatment every time depending on my progress or lack thereof. The office staff are awesome! Look no further for the best in Seattle.
Dylan did an excellent job listening to my feedback on where it hurts on my back and focusing on those areas. I love coupling cupping with acupuncture and highly recommend it to anyone who is willing to go through some discomfort for quicker relief (I literally feel better right after the appointment)
Dr Dylan is very nice. He always wants to do everything for us to relieve the pain

DR.NADEEM A. BAJWA, DC (Chiropractor)
Dr. Nadeem Bajwa realized that chiropractic was for him when he suffered a serious low back injury in his teenage years while playing soccer. Dr. Bajwa went from medical doctor to medical doctor to get relief of his pains. Each pill he took was ineffective as the last. Missing many months of soccer and other activities as a kid, he realized that he had to try something more effective.
His father introduced him to a chiropractor who relieved him of his symptoms in a matter of 3 visits. This instant relief of back pain led him to research and further look into the profession of chiropractic. Contact our Chiropractor in Seattle, WA. For services in Pain Management Clinic, Nutritional Counseling, Wellness Center, Massage Therapist & Therapy. Dr. Bajwa attended the University of British Columbia in Vancouver, British Columbia for 4 years where he earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology. It was during his second year at the university that he decided to become a chiropractor.
DR.MEI LING ROBIN, DC (Chiropractor)
Dr. Mei Ling Robin moved to Seattle from St. Louis, MO. At just 5 years old, she began working as a multi-disciplinary circus performer and at 14, while training as an aerial contortionist, she suffered a serious low back injury, resulting in the inability to continue working. Dr. Robin desperately sought care from different types of health care providers but failed to find a treatment that provided relief and got her back to performing. After months of failed treatment, she sought care from a chiropractor where she experienced immediate relief and was back to training and performing in 6 weeks. After this initial experience, Dr. Robin immediately knew that she wanted a become a chiropractor as well.
Dr. Robin attended Logan University in St. Louis, MO, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Life Science with an emphasis in Human Biology. She then continued on to obtain her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Logan University. In addition to spinal care, Dr. Robin took a special interest in the treatment of extremities (shoulders, wrist, knee, hip pain) and has enjoyed helping patients work through these injuries.

Before Dr. Tuttle retired, he found a great successor, Daniel Delucchi to continue his practice. My wife has been a patient since 1995 and continues getting adjustments to this date because she feels they help boost her immune system as well as maintain her spinal health.
I went in at the beginning of the year unable to do anything (sit/stand/walk/etc.) without pain that made me sweat bullets and a few months later majority of that pain is basically gone to the point we're I almost can't remember how that felt. Highly recommend.PS. The back board he uses is amazing.
This place is impeccable! A very professional and friendly staffs! In terms of service, Dr. Delucchi delivered that very well, I’ve been dealing with pain on my right hip down to my knee for a year now and just for a couple of visits I can feel the improvement. Also, he has this impressive knowledge and skills. Kudos!
I cannot say enough great things about Dr. DeLucchi and his staff! After years of stiffness and pain in my neck from sports injuries and overuse with very little relief from physical therapy and other chiropractors, I have finally recovered nearly all range of motion in my neck and back. No more stiff neck! I’m back to enjoying my swims instead of dreading the workouts. Dr. D takes time to go over the adjustments to make me feel at ease and I always leave his office feeling better than when I walked in. As an added bonus, their hours make it easy to fit in an adjustment before or after work.
Tuttle DeLucchi Chiropractic provides exceptional chiropractic services in the Seattle area. From their personable staff to the knowledgeable and expertiseof Dr. Dan, they all care about you, and want to help you feel and move your best. Wow. I've been seeing a chiropractor for about 7 yrs. So some experience but only with one person. Here I've had a completely different and amazing experience so far. Only been 3 times.... but WOW. Very nice, clean clinic, friendly staff, efficient. I've seen Dr Appiah twice and he's just magical. I saw Dr Devine once and let me tell you they know what they're doing here. Very nice environment. It's a blessing that I needed to find a chiropractor closer to work because I found more than I was hoping for!
In town leaving for cruise in one day. After much walking the hills up and down in Seattle, my back and hips were so painful. I stop to catch my breath and rest. When I look up to begin the rest of my trek to the hotel, in front of me is Devine Chiropractic. It was devine intervention. I would never honestly made all the walking in ports on my cruise without some kind of intervention. Kind and friendly office staff go me right in. Dr Devine spent good amount of time stretching me then manipulating my body. He was very thoughtful of my discomfort and listened to me explain my history. Left feeling sooooo much better. Arrived very next day for adjustment that further improved my ability to move. Spent all day walking almost pain free. Going for a third adjustment tomorrow as my back has been stressed and painful so long. My adjustments have been far superior to what I have experienced in my hometown. Now to figure how to get Dr Devine in my suitcase to take him home ….. or find the capacity to flight west when I need an adjustment. Thank you Dr Devine and staff for a great experience and helping me completely enjoy my trip.
Came to Seattle to vacation. Didn’t realize everywhere you walked was uphill or downhill. And did a hike. My back was in bad shape and I could barely walk. I called up Devine and they fit me in on a Saturday. The doctor I saw I forgot to get his name was AMAZING. He did massage stretching and THEN adjusted me. It helped so much. They were way better than my regular chiropractor back home. Their approach is how it should be done in my opinion. If you are from out of town or live in Seattle you will be so happy if you choose their services. All the staff are delightful and the owner as well. If you are a tourist they are on pike street right across from Pikes Place Market. Super well located to get adjusted and so things as I was able to after my adjustment.
I was referred here by an excellent masseuse when I was having a lot of back pain. She could tell that I probably needed more than just massage and she was right! After the first treatment I felt measurably better and now 4 treatments in I feel better than before I pulled something. Dr Devine is excellent at adjustments and the staff all seem knowledgeable and helpful.
Not sure I could say enough great things about Morgan! I was on a road trip and was going to be in Seattle for the week and after a couple days walking around, I realized I had to find someone to adjust me as my back has been bad lately. Morgan was so great I ended up going 3 times that week. She was so friendly, helped fix the problem, and even taped me before I left to get back in the car for a couple days. So happy I found them. Check them out, even if it's just for something small. You will be feel better and be glad you did.
The front office was really nice and did their best to get me in as soon as possible, the sign up process for new patients was fairly easy and the exam and corrections were thorough and bearable as far as discomfort goes. Definitely plan on going back, especially considering the convenience of location to downtown. Right across from pike place market

I recently completed the walk from Downtown Brooklyn across the Brooklyn Bridge to get into Lower Manhattan to One World Trade (then back across), and what an experience!!! It was definitely chilly walking across, bring a coat if you're on the fence about bundling up during the transitional seasons! Words cannot properly capture the depth/significance of this experience, I have never experienced anything like it. The structure itself is incredible, but the view of Lower + Midtown Manhattan are unmatched. It was a privilege to be able to experience the skyline from the Brooklyn Bridge, and I will definitely return!!
Hey, she's been standing proud since May, 1883, so the bridge speaks for itself! We walked across this bridge for the first time and had a magnificent view of the East River, the New York harbor and the Manhattan skyline. What makes the walk so nice is that there is a raised pedestrian walkway totally void of cars and other vehicles so one can walk peacefully without having to worry with traffic. There was a nice crowd that day; it was a splendid, sunny spring day and the visibility was great. There were lots of artists and vendors that added a bit of spice to the whole experience.I had been wanting to cross the Brooklyn Bridge all my life so we finally got the opportunity and it was nice!
This is a beautiful bridge, it is extremely packed on the weekend and the people make it sometimes tough to enjoy. It's amazing they made a bike lane not on the pedestrian part though, so that frees up a lot of space to actually enjoy it. If you're here on a weekday, then definitely go then to avoid the weekend crowds. Walking across to see Brooklyn is a perfect way to spend a day and look at Manhattan.
When my friends first see Brooklyn Bridge they are usually mesmerized by its sheer size! And it is indeed and amazing place, giving opportunity for a great walk and a key traffic artery, connecting the huge boroughs of Manhattan and Brooklyn, thus allowing several hundred thousand cars to pass every day! This sophisticated piece of architecture is very, very old. The first plans of building such a bridge were initiated in as early as 1800, but it took nearly a century to complete it. Brooklyn Bridge was officially opened on May 24, 1883. It was been in exploitation for more than 137 years! What is even more remarkable about Brooklyn Bridge is the views it provides towards both Brooklyn and Manhattan. It is spectacular to see the skyline of both boroughs both by day and by night. The skyscrapers in day and their lights at night are truly, truly amazing! The bridge is a very sophisticated work of art. It is considered to be a hybrid cable stayed and suspension bridge, and it’s one of the very few of its kind in the world! During it’s nearly a century and a half exploitation it has received numerous upgrades, making it an even bigger wonder! We cannot imagine New York City without Brooklyn bridge and all its pros!
The Brooklyn Bridge is a hybrid cable-stayed/suspension bridge in New York City, spanning the East River between the boroughs of Manhattan and Brooklyn. Opened on May 24, 1883, the Brooklyn Bridge was the first fixed crossing of the East River. It’s one of the iconic locations in New York City, and you can see the fantastic view of the city’s skyline. You can enjoy the walk and can cross the bridge and see the beautiful pictures. If you are planning to do that, then I would suggest going early morning when you won’t find many people and can enjoy the walk.
I definitely recommend a stroll from Brooklyn toward Manhattan. If you are willing to get up early in the morning on a cloudless day to see the sunrise there you will be amazed. Worth getting up early. Views absolutely magnificent and no crowds in the morning.
The Brooklyn Bridge is very recognizable thanks to its location, size and its granite towers, and thick steel cables. It is perhaps one of New York City’s most popular attractions because it is so photogenic.

Good to see once. Well as everyone knows this place is filled with big ad displays. That's the fun part of it for the first time. But I can't imagine seeing it everyday. Otherwise it's really nice to walk to the streets, very happening and lots of tourists. Should visit at least once.
Even though the locals might tell you to stay away, don't listen to that. Times Square is a must visit and the most iconic place in New York City. Be prepared for big crowds so keep an eye on your belongings, but most of all: look up. Take a seat on the famous red steps and take it all in. It's amazing!
Love time square. Plenty of tourist walking around enjoying the atmosphere. It's quite a unique experience if you're a people person and enjoy the city life like New York. Definitely, once in a life time experience. People around come here and enjoy the diversity of it. If you like Broadway show, it's just around the corner.
First time there and it was an experience of a lifetime. So many things to see and do that were amazing and brightly lit. Places to shop from the very inexpensive to the most. The atmosphere was filled with excitement, people and adventure. Wear your walking shoes and just keep moving. You'll see so much; it's wonderful. We had the time of our lives. People from all over the world, any type of food you could image. Just sheer excitement, mystery and wonder because around every corner was a new opportunity to see something unique and different. Loved, loved, loved it. We've got to come back for more than just an overnight stay; there's way too much to see and do for just one night but we are grateful for the experience.
It's Times Square. After doing photo session visit the Broadway Theatre. Watch a show tickets start from $43 and up at the counter. Many street artists perform here in the evenings and mostly on weekends. Places to eat: Coffee at Starbucks, Al fresco drinks at the Beer Garden. Dine at Carmine's/ Virgil's BBQ steakhouse (same house but different cuisine). Must try Juniors cheesecake (original).
Nice and great vibes. You can enjoy the stairs sitting with hot coffee for an hours. Enjoy the crowd, lights and people around you. It is live 24X7-365 days. You can enjoy natures beauty as well as lights and crowd too. (Sometimes) lots of lights and energetic people around you. Sometimes the street that you can enjoy!!Must visit place of NYC.
What can I say? Such a nice place to visit. When you come to New Jersey or anywhere nearby, Times Square is a must! Yes, parking can be an issue but some looking around will find you a good spot. Been here a few times with family and friends including one time past midnight. Each time I was met with a lot of people and open shops, city never sleeps!
A really good place to observe New York at its finest, there were so many street performers and other attractions on both the street and the sidewalk. Although it's quite crowded (because it's an amazing place), I really had a fun time observing everything in and around the area. I really enjoyed it here and definitely recommend it to everyone!
Times Square is a major commercial intersection, tourist destination, entertainment center, and neighborhood in Midtown Manhattan, New York. It is formed by the junction of Broadway, Seventh Avenue, and 42nd Street. They quote New York as “The City Never Sleeps”. This can be understood in real if someone visits Times Square.
A definite must-do for tourists; it is iconic for a reason. The square is essentially a big outdoor mall, surrounded by major retailers like Sephora, M&M world, Forever 21, Line Friends, Disney, etc with countless TV billboards on the buildings. There are food vendors all around. It is surprisingly kept relatively clean. The lights make it very exciting especially at night.
This place is amazing at night. It’s like living in a dream. There are lots of great food trucks around as well. A must-visit place if you are traveling in New York City.

Extraordinary nice looking train terminal. Easy to navigate. Its not just a train stop, its like a walk through urban history, its an experience! A must to go to when travelling New York. Time just passes by in this terminal, watching and observing the busy people pass by. A historic landmark! 🚞🛤⭐️
I normally get off the train at Grand Central Station but I've never bothered to go upstairs where the real beauty is until today. So I decided to go upstairs into this large beautiful room filled with conversations from people of all walks of life.Inside Grand Central are many stores and a great dining area which offers good food.P.S If you're looking for the restrooms they are downstairs in the dining area.In the large room upstairs you should look up at the ceiling and you'll see the constellationsI felt like I was in a 1940's film, so classic and lovely! The architecture of this building is amazing and it has a historical look and feel to it.I was definetly in complete awe of this place and will definitely return to see this beautiful building once again.
A New York must see. It really is something amazing. It's the heart of the transportation system in New York. Probably one of America's best examples ofurban planning done right. The architecture alone is worth seeing. It's hard to imagine that something that is so heavily utilized still manages to shine. Undoubtedly there is a proverbial army of people that keep the building clean and sound and they should be applauded for their efforts. Still, it's astounding to me that something so heavily utilized manages to stay so beautiful. It saddens me that more of our urban structures don't adhere to the same principles that this structure was built with. Sometimes spending time on design and spending money on the right materials ends up lasting longer and being a better reflection of the type of society we want to be.
My all time favorite place I have visited in New York. From the amazing star alignment cathedral ceilings to the countryside farmers market in the train station. If you are in New York it is definitely a place to visit and take the train if you can! Also make sure to have a good camera, there is really no lighting in there so when a picture is taken it sometimes will come out very dim.
Grand Central Terminal is a commuter rail terminal located at 42nd Street and Park Avenue in Midtown Manhattan, New York City. Grand Central is the southern terminus of the Metro-North Railroad’s Harlem, Hudson, and New Haven Lines, serving the northern parts of the New York metropolitan area.
The beautiful train station! The architecture is elegant and very well designed! Very busy with lots to see. There are plenty of restaurants inside. Grand Central Station is huge and well designed and built. This station is many times bigger than the Chicago union station. However, seats are hard to find for a weary traveler. It is a place that you must necessarily visit, and it’s free admission.

The museum's architecture is exciting and helps to view the works in an orderly manner. Frank Lloyd Wright's spiral gallery was initially devoted to displaying Kandinsky paintings from his earliest to last, so you will get to seek most of Kandinsky's famous works. Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum is a small-scale art space. It is located next to MET museums, so if you are in the area, it is not a bad idea to do a quick hop-in to experience the museum's personality and artworks. I liked the architecture more than the exhibited works, so it's your call!
Best museum in the world. You can spend days and hours here and every time you walk through it’s a new experience. Love grabbing breakfast and coffee and taking a walk. Sometimes through the Rambles and sometimes by Strawberry Fields. Love people watching and love watching the rowers on the lake. Beautiful scenery and perfect picture taking.
Great mix of art exhibits displayed in a well designed building. Recommend spending at least half a day if not the entire day for a leisurely visit. I'd go back again every year or so! Sometimes they have free entry for limited time.. one can find out the latest online.
Iconic building that is worth visiting if you're interested in architecture. If you're interested in standing and staring at a piece of art on order to take it all in, this is not the right place to go. Today was my second visit to the museum and the continuous circular ramp for the main exhibit is tiresome at best and can be dizzying at worst. The current Kandinsky exhibit is also set up in a way that was disorienting and poorly curated, on top of the uphill climb to see all the works. It is a reverse chronology of his work. Each period of his life was described using some detail from previous parts of his life that had yet to be revealed. It was like reading a book backwards. Perhaps if the visitor is well versed on Kandinsky's career it would be interesting to deconstruct his artistic progression, but it was confusing to the average art viewer. Half-way through the exhibit I matched straight to the end so that I could actually start at the beginning of his painting career and learn how he progressed through the experience of two world wars and moves from one country to another - and then it started to make sense. The few descriptions of the paintings on the walls also were long and not often very revealing. The exhibit rooms that connect off of the main ramp have pleasantly flat, even floors, but low ceilings and feel very confined.
My best friend took me to my first Art Museum, as an Artist myself I was honored to walk this building. Incredibly sincere collections, you can really take your time here. I was so surprised when we went in and saw Masters works, I was moved to tears by some of my most favorite paintings, to stand before them gave me chicken skin. Thank you to all those working hard to maintain and keep such an outstanding collection. The NYC artists were just as fabulous and breathtaking! I feel so lucky to have gone!
