I can not say enough good things about this location. The center was impeccably maintained, the communication was clear and constant, and every inch of our daughter was loved. She always had a fun activity and the teachers were supportive and always had updates. We miss our South Fig family!
We have had a fantastic experience at Bright Horizons. The staff is wonderful, and my son loves his teachers. We love that we get photos and updates throughout the day via an app, and appreciate that they tailor the curriculum to children’s interests. Our 18-month-old enjoys all of the hands-on activities, including painting and “science experiments,” and the outdoor play area.
We love Bright Horizons South Fig! Everyone is so friendly and helpful from the teachers to the administration. They really put a lot of thought and energy into their curriculum even with the littlest students. Knowing my infant daughter was getting such great care really helped smooth my transition going back to work.

After moving to LA we looked around everywhere for a good preschool for our youngest son and we were so fortunate to find WHCA. The teachers are warm and nice to the children and parents . Our 5 year old and 18 month old joined Flora’s daycare together as our family first moved to Los Angeles, and she was a lifesaver! Ms. Anies and her team are amazing. From day one I could tell that they love working with kids and are passionate about their work. My little one is flourishing and so happy. The home is a child-friendly environment with a thoughtful array of activities. I especially appreciate that the food and snacks that are provided to the kids are organic and made with love.
Anies is wonderful, and helped my son adjust to his first day care experience. It took no time at all for my 18 month old to be running in and giving her a hug. It made him more outgoing in other ways, too, and now he confidently approaches other kids at playgrounds. He also talks and communicates more. We were so sad to move away and lose this beautiful day care, and I know my son will miss his friends and teachers there.
Anies is the best! Our son learned so much at this daycare and I would recommend anybody to this daycare in a heartbeat. When we would go pick up our son, he wouldn’t want to leave. After the first week, our son would run to the front door and give Anies a huge hug. There is so much love and positive energy at this daycare you wouldn’t believe it. We moved our daughter from another care to this one owned by Anies. At my daughter’s LAST daycare, we realized in hindsight that only her basic needs were met. She didn’t receive the love and attention that every child deserves, especially kids who are away from their working parents for over 8-10 hours a day.

My brother attended Kaleidoscope for over 2 years and we never had a bad experience. He always came home happy, telling about his day in the preschool. The staff was always very polite, understanding and friendly. My brother loved all the kids there as well. All the holiday performances were always creative and educational and really fun to watch.
Our son attended Kaleidoscope from age 4 to 5 when he left for Kindergarten. This is incredible place full of wonderful teachers and dedicated stuff. First thing I have to say about Le Petit Gan, is that my son has been so happy since he’s been going early 2013. He adapted quickly and I’m sure it had to do with the level of commitment, care and love that Sophie brings to the kids.
While we unfortunately had to change plans, we were so looking forward to sending our daughter to preschool here. We did a tour when she was four months old and were astonished by how friendly and welcoming everyone was.
The preschool is a safe and nurturing place for children. They are taught to socialize and respect one another and appreciate the natural world and each other. This is a rich environment for preparing enriching language skills, as they use Hebrew as well as French in addition to English in their play and instruction.
Le Petit Gan de Sophie is really the best school I could have find for my daughter. They take such a good care of the children. You can feel that they care about our children as they were their owns.
On top of that, Mathilda has been learning a lot since she started and you can see her growing every day thanks to Le Petit Gan.
I am so grateful to have found this hidden gem! Sophie, the director, and Simon, is one of a kind.. and so is the staff. Not only was my daughters transition a breeze, but so was mine with hourly updates and photos to let me know how she was doing for the first few weeks. The school is small and you I feel the love and concern that all the teachers have for every child as if it were their own.
